Project Description 3a. Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: The site is currently developed as a residential neighborhood. The drainage network throughout the neighborhood is undersized. The outfall for the network is located at an unnamed tributary of Zacks Fork Creek. 3b. List the total estimated acreage of all existing wetlands on the property: 1.1 +/- 3c. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: The project involves upgrades to an existing drainage network which is currently undersized. No additional impervious surfaces are proposed to be installed. We are proposing to remove the existing drainage network and install in its place a larger system. The location of the outfall will not change. We are also proposing to install a plunge pool at the outfall. Anticipated equipment will include track excavators, dump trucks, front loaders, sheeps foot rollers and paving equipment.
