Good Morning Jeanette, We would like to request a 30 day extension on SJAFB MS4 NCS000335 Permit Renewal Application. Our Notice of Compliance letter that we received said we had 30 days to submit the permit renewal application. Mr. Dennis Goodson has accepted a job at the Wing Headquarters and Mr. Brain Joyner will now be the new Deputy Base Civil Engineer. It will take a little time for the transition, formal paper work to be completed, and jobs finalized. SJAFB will have to submit an updated designation letter for Mr. Joyner once positions are settled and the Permit application with his signature. Please let me know if the extension can be made. An MS4 Permit Renewal Application must be submitted within thirty (30) days. Also, please work with the DEQ Washington Regional Office to determine if an individual industrial stormwater permit is required for the fuel tank farm.
