Attached is the requested MS4 documentation. I also attached the DOSA form giving the Stormwater
Administrator position signing authority for the City's MS4 program.

The City is currently in the process of completing Phase 2 of a stormwater asset inventory and
assessment project. The Current MS4 map will be updated with this new data once complete.
