Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Good Morning Suzanne, COC number with correct names listed below: NCG060295: Mountaire Farms — Lumber Bridge Processing Plant • Additionally, this facility owner is listed as Mountaire Farms of North Carolina Corp, which is consistent with the NC Secretary of State. The facility owner for all of our other facilities is listed as Mountaire Farms Inc which does not come up when you search the NC Sec of State database. For consistency sake I think all facility owner should be changed to "Mountaire Farms of North Carolina Corp" Can you help with this? Ownership isn't actually changing so I'm not sure that I need to fill out the ownership change form. • NCG060383, NCG060238, NCG060382, NCG060389, NCG060394 all need owner changed to Mountaire Farms of North Carolina Corp NCG060383: Mountaire Farms—Siler City Processing Plant NCG060238: Mountaire Farms — Candor Feed Mill (the only change to this one is adding spaces around the dash) NCG060389: Mountaire Farms—Maxton Feed Mill Thank you for your help! Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to Report Spam. Hello Annette, I'm in the process of completing steps 1 & 2 for the stormwater eDMR registration. Mountaire Farms has several facilities in NC that have been issued permits over the years which were applied for by different people and as such several have been registered with a different naming convention. I'd like to update all of our facilities to follow this naming convention "Mountaire Farms — Facility Name". There will be no ownership changes, no changes to facility function, just updated naming convention. Is the Name/Ownership Change Form still the correct form to use for this application? Thankyou!
