NCDOT Project R-5959 is a proposed new connection between Kelly
Drive and Nash Street with possible pedestrian improvements
including a multi -use path and a proposed roundabout. The project
study area encompasses approximately 27.6 acres and is entirely on
the campus of Central Carolina Community College in Sanford, North
Carolina. JMT has determined the limits of jurisdictional waters of the
U.S. (WOUS) (including wetlands) within the boundaries for the site
and is requesting a Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination (PJD) to
confirm those boundaries.
