Cause or Reason for the Upset/Spill/Bypass:
Return sludge line became clogged. Facility is single-train,and diverted flow throughout the plant to
compensate. Area received 1 inch of rain on 8-04, and the combination of diverted flow and influent flow
resulted in a bypass of the tertiary filters.
