Good afternoon Heath Slaughter,
This email is pertaining a permitted pipe in Watauga County on SR 1128C, at station 91 +90.
At this location, the fill slopes hit at the inlet of a private pipe. We believe a junction box is necessary to tie both systems together. There will not be a linear
change in the impacted stream, only a change in the percent fall of the pipe. This change is to ensure the pipe /box /pipe system performs in a safe, fluid manner
next to the road way.
I do not believe this violates the permit conditions but is a change in the approved plan. Please notify the appropriate people.
