Follow-up conducted to review front yard of employee that received waste applcations resulting in an NOV. Excessive ponding
was noted during the initial inspection and permittee was directed to immediatly correct the issue to prevent runoff from occuring
during impending rainstorm. DWR followup concluded that waste application to the yard had been corrected by using a spreading
mechanism on a tractor to level out the wastes. Grass was visible upon followup and there was no evidence of runoff.
