Georgia-Pacific Chemicals LLC (GP) is respectfully submitting the facility's 2021 Spring Stormwater
(February 2021-July 2021) sampling data on Form SWU-246-051100, pursuant to the monitoring
requirements set forth in the above noted permit. Although NPDES stormwater permit NCS000251
expired on January 31, 2016, the facility continues to discharge stormwater per the automatic
authorization to discharge beyond the expiration date granted in Part 11, Section B: General Condition 1,
of the permit. The facility submitted all necessary forms required by the agency to renew the permit on
July 30, 2015.
