Mountaire Farms — Candor Feed Mill was unable to obtain a representative stormwater sample during
the January 1, 2021-June 30, 2021 sampling period due to stormwater upgrade project. The purpose
of this project was to regrade drainage ditches and stormwater outfalls that had been eroded in some
areas. Though originally intended to be completed by the end of May, several factors including the
