This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0044776. One Notice of Deficiency and One Notice of Violation was issued over the review period. On the day of inspection there was not a thermometer in the Influent or Effluent sampler. A thermometer needs to be kept in the refrigerators to verify that the temperature is below 6 degrees during sample collection.
