Dear Mr. Setzer:
On May 2, 2013, I inspected the bridge construction work on Little River Road in Henderson County.
Construction work consisted of grading, gas pipe installation and the start of bridge construction.
Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are being maintained as required and that seeding
and mulching are being performed as needed, to protect State surface waters. Refer to the attached copy of the
inspection report for additional comments regarding the inspection.
