Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 7-19-21 letter to Bear Lake Reserve, Boto NC Properties
LLC attached.

Per your letter the 5-13-21 Ammonia sample exceeded the daily limit of 6 mg/L with a 68
mg/L, which also resulted in a violation for the monthly limit of 4 mg/L with a 4.8 mg/L
average result. The sample on the 26th of 1.6 mg/L was back in compliance. We will
continue making adjustments to air supply and pH to insure Ammonia and all parameters
are compliant.
