Do you have any idea when the facility can anticipate the inspection? I believe the facility is still under construction and is pending completion before end of year. Mike Gregory (copied) is listed as the facility contact and can facilitate the inspection. @McCoy, Suzanne — there has also been a shift in responsibility at CSX. We were able to update the owner/operator and billing contacts for our existing permits but not for this since it isn't in the system yet. This facility should also be listed under Samuel Ross like the other permitted CSX facilities. Please let me know what you would need for this change. When permit coverage is issued, it would go to a email that is no longer valid at CSX if via electronic submittal. If anything else is needed, please let me know! The final step prior to issuance of COC# NCG080999 for Rocky Mount Terminal is a site visit to be conducted by our Raleigh Regional Office. Once they have completed their site inspection and recommended coverage, this COC will be issued. I hope this helps! They have three facilities listed that currently require DMR submittals. I have also attached a permit application that was submitted at the beginning of this year. This facility will also require eReporting registration but we have not received any confirmation of coverage. If you could direct me to who could provide a status — I would appreciate it!
