This letter is in resporise to the Notice of Intent Case No. NOV-2021-DV-0298 concerning the spill that
occurred on March 17th, 2021 at 3216 Bowers Avenue, Guilford County, High Point, North Carolina.
The above overflow was caused by grease. The lines feeding this area come from a private community
that we believe to be the cause of the overflow. Once the line was cleared the flow returnedto normal.
This line was cleaned to prevent another repeat spill. The frequency of monitoring has been increased
to help prevent any future spills in this area. We do have FOG doorhangers to help educate the public
which were passed out in the area. We haven't had any other issues in this area.
