Dear Mr. Kahn:
Please find attached two copies of the Semi -Annual Stormwater DMR for the Martin Marietta
facility listed above. Please note this facility (formerly Lane Construction Corporation) is inactive.
Lane removed their plant and stabilized most of the site in 2017. Because there is still some RAP
stored on site, the permit was transferred to Martin Marietta in February 2018. This DMR covers
the period from June 30 through December 31, 2020.
