This letter is to notify you that effective May 14, 2021, Georgia-Pacific Mount Holly, LLC will
be acquired by Glatfelter Engineered Materials, and henceforth will operate as Glatfelter Mt.
Holly, LLC
The acquisition of the facility will result in no change to permitted activities onsite, and the
facility will continue to operate pursuant to Individual Stormwater Permit NSC000514, until
such time that this permit is modified or superseded.
As part of this business acquisition the site owner, legally responsible official, and contact
information will be changed to reflect the new ownership.
In accordance with NCDNR protocol, formal submission of the above data and documentation
supporting the business acquisition will be submitted through the online portal after the closing
of the transaction, when such documentation becomes available.
