To date, the North Carolina Division of Water Resources has not received the 2020 Annual Report
for Permit No. WQ0038499 as required in Permit Condition IV.8. Failure to submit an Annual
Report on or before March 1st is a violation of the subject permit. It should be noted that this is a
repeat violation that was included previously in a Notice of Deficiency issued April 28, 2020, for
failure to submit the 2019 Annual Report. Please submit the missing 2020 Annual Report within
ten (10) days of receipt of this Notice.
Our office appreciates your attention to the above listed violation. Please take actions necessary to
address the item described above and prevent reoccurrence. Failure to provide the missing
2020 Annual Report to this office within the timeframe as requested may result in further
enforcement actions, including civil penalties.
