A copy of the current NPDES permit is being kept on site. The ORC visitation log appeared to be complete and current. Calibration records appeared to be properly documented. Laboratory data was reviewed and all data that was reviewed appeared to be correct, as reported on the DMR's. The facility appeared to be operated and maintained properly, however, it was noted that there were some visible solids being discharged at the time of this inspection.
