Good afternoon all,
The project is not closed, and Atrium is still the owner of the property. We changed contractors. Does the new
contractor Vannoy/McFarland need to reapply for this permit, or is this something that the property owner takes care of
regardless of the contractor?

Good afternoon,
Attached is the invoice for clear clarification.
A Notice of Deficiency was sent yesterday for payment not received.
We don't transfer ownership. If project is closed, the old owner needs to submit a Notice of Termination (NOT)
https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-Termination . I am including Alaina in case you need help with the NOT.
The new owner needs to submit a Notice of Intent https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/NCG01-N0I to get a new
Certificate of Coverage.
Please let me know if you need further assistance. I am working from home today so email is the only way to reach me
Thank you.

Aziza,
I left you a voicemail regarding the project: NCC202247 but wanted to follow up with an email as well. Could
you help me understand this permit as I am unfamiliar with it? This project was originally awarded to a different general
contractor so I suspect maybe they (Beck Construction) pulled the original permit. Could you help me with getting this
switched to our company name (Vannoy-McFarland, a joint venture) if necessary and then send me an invoice for the
renewal fees? I apologize for being naive to this process and appreciate your help.
Thanks,
