Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Section IV, 8 – The percent impervious area is calculated as either: o Total Impervious Area (113,581 sf) / Total Project Area (4.76 acres) which is about 55%. o New Impervious Area (113,581 sf – 4,782 sf) / Existing Pervious Area (4.76 acres – 4,782 sf) which is about 54%. - There are also very small discrepancies in the road and sidewalk areas in drainage area 2 (Between the Application/Supplement-EZ Form & Appendix H/Sheet CG751), but these do not need to be fixed since they are de minimis (43 sf total). They can be corrected if you like. Please provide the following: - Revised Supplement-EZ Form with the percent impervious area of the project area revised. o 1x hard copy of the revised drainage areas page (Entire Site Column, Line 16). o 1x full, revised, electronic copy of the Supplement-EZ Form uploaded to Laserfiche. - Revised Application with the percent impervious area of the project area revised (Section IV, ). o 2x hard copies of the revised page (3 of 6) of the Application. o 1x full, revised, electronic copy of the Application uploaded to Laserfiche. - Corrected Application/Supplement-EZ Form or Appendix H/Sheet CG751 (If applicable). Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies, anything else that may have changed from addressing these issues, and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another formal 30-45 day review.
