DEAR LON SNIDER,
I am writing to give you detailed information regarding the proposed penalties for Hilltop
Living Center Permit NC0059536.
The above limit value violations were from January and March of 2021 for Nitrogen,
Ammonia. I have a new operator as of May 2021. In speaking with my new operator
today, he stated that he had the tanks cleaned out. Please reconsider the civil penalty.
