Permittee: W Joe Lindley Permit # AWC010012 The population of the dairy was reduced to under 100 cows in November of 2017 and has remained under 100 cows since then. The dairy now has 65 cows (+/- 10) and will continue to depopulate as we transition to a pasture based beef operation. It is my intention to eventually close the structure to NRCS standards when it is no longer needed. I understand if the dairy is restarted or repopulated I will be required to apply for a new permit through the Animal Feeding Operations Program prior to operating. Please send confirmation of rescission of this permit to my home address provided above. I appreciate your timely response to this matter. If there are any questions, additional information, or actions required to fulfill this request, please contact me immediately at ( 336-263-5275). Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, W Joe Lindley cc: Rebecca Chandler; Winston-Salem Regional Office, NC DEQ
