The North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR) conducted an inspection of the Mayodan
Pretreatment Program on 7/20/2021. Alex Lowe of the DWR met with Nadine Blackwell, Pretreatment
Coordinator, and Jamie Whitten, ORC, to verify that the facility and it's permitted industrial users are
operating in compliance with the conditions and limitation specified in NPDES WW Permit No.
NC0021873. The findings and comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed
copy of the inspection report entitled "Pretreatment Audit Report".
There were no issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.
