Meadowbrook Sewer Extension Cumberland County The Permits and Engineering Unit has completed a preliminary engineering review of the subject application. The following items must be addressed before we can complete our review: 1) In accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0219 (i) (2) (G) (ii), a water line must cross at least 18 inches above a sanitary sewer line. If this minimum distance is not possible, the sewer line must be constructed of DIP. Please revise the following sheets of your plans to be in compliance with this regulation: between SSMH STA 22+85 & SSMH STA 25+62 (sheet 5), and between SSMH STA 15+00 & SSMH STA 18+15 (sheet 7). Refer to the subject permit application number when providing the requested information. Please submit three (3) copies of all information to my attention at the address below. Also, please note that failure to provide this additional information on or before December 22, 1993, will subject your application to being returned as incomplete, in accordance with 15A NCAC 2H .0208.
