Suzanne: The mailing address has not changed it's the facility address of 1103 N US Highway 421, Clinton, NC 28328. As
far as being required to report, it appears we would fall under that? Per the letter we got we fall under NCG08 Transit &
Transportation I guess, we are a truck dealership. So according to that we have to register in eDMR by July 1, 2021 and
then report by January 1, 2022. 1 have no idea what we would report, this thing has me confused on what exactly we are
supposed to be doing? The website just leads me to no where really as far as finding where you register for the eDMR.

We received the attached letter about confirming on storm water permit. I went to the website and I'm not finding
where I register? I'm not really sure what we are supposed to do as far as I know we have done nothing in regards to
storm water permit since we developed the property. We have no way to measure anything as far as storm water
discharge either so I'm not real sure what we are supposed to do. Our timeline to register and report is July 21" so I'm
trying to figure it out. Any guidance would be appreciated.
