I have updated the most of the information per your request.
I do not have authority to remove Terry Orness from the Owner Contacts because we share the database with
Department of Water Resources permit WQ0014868. I did include in the Title for each Owner Contact the facility they
are responsible for. I hope that alleviates confusion.
Please check our Industrial Permit website for updates and instructions on how to obtain the renewal Certificates of
Coverage in August:

I am completing step one of the 6 steps to register the Tar Heel facility for the eDMR stormwater program
There are several issues — all of which say to email you.
1) There is an extra permit associated with our facility that is not ours
a. NCG060139 is the Clinton NC facility —not Tar Heel
2) The Owner Contact Person is not correct on our Permit NCG060126
a. It says Terry Orness —who is not our facility manager— he is in Clinton
b. Our manager is Donovan E Owens, 15855 Hwy 87 W, Tar Heel, NC 28392, 910-862-7675,

c. Phone number on the contact — Robert P Harris Jr should be 757-613-1339
3) The permit lists 3 outfalls—we have 2 outfalls
Currently on permit
i. 001 is incorrect and information should be deleted
ii. 01S should be listed as 001— all information is correct
iii. 02S should be listed as 002 — all information is correct
