Good morning,
I am just following up to see if the project was logged into BIMS as a WW app so I can proceed with the transfer.
Annette, Unless you think there is no need to wait for that part, I can go ahead and request the transfer.
Thank you.

Just let me know what permit number it was, and I can migrate it from our repository over to DWR's NPDES section of
the repository. I know where to run it through their webservice pull, if it's been set up as a WW app in BIMS, or let me
know if I should put it elsewhere.
Thanks!

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Suz and Aziza,
So here is an interesting scenario. We received an application a while ago that should have actually gone to
DWR's Wastewater Program. So now we need to do a couple of things:
Deactivate the permit number in BIMS and (I think) remove the permit file from the SW LF directory.
Journal the $860 from 2752 to the applicable DWR account. Aziza, do you know who the best person
to work with in DWR would be? If you don't know, I can find out for you.
Please let me know if you have questions.

Meeting to discuss the submitted NPDES Individual permit application from Wilbara, currently logged into BIMS as
NCS000599. Mr. McElveen, the consultant, is concerned about the status of the application. I believe there has been a
mix-up and their permit application has been logged as an Individual Stormwater application when it should be
processed as an Individual Wastewater application. Please see the prior communication with Suzanne McCoy and Mr.
McElveen, along with a copy of said application, attached to this meeting invite.
Apologies for the short notice. With the upcoming July 41" holiday, this was earliest available time to discuss this
situation as John will be out all next week. Annette, please invite any additional staff you feel should be included.
