Comment: Records were in great shape. Having issues with turbidity at sites 1 and 4.
Site 1 drains to wetland (old pond) then into sedgefield lake. the lake is connected to
the wetland by a small pipe and a small overflow. turbidity seen entering lake. DOT
measures draining to pond are in compiance, and additional measures have been
installed. Pam is also being added to the measures. DOT is pursuing a turbidity curtain
in the lake where the pipe and the overflow drain to the lake. Soil type often results in
fines staying suspended for long periods of time. Site 4 is experiencing the same
turbidity. Currently there's an additional rock check that has been installed at the pipe
outlet, but turbidity is noted leaving the measure. Requested that the put fabric in front
of the check and apply pam. Also if turbity is still noted, install wattle in stream below
the check. Noted a skim of silt in the channel bed downstream of the pipe that
continues atleast until the next road crossing.
