Comment: Stream overwidened at inlet of site 1 and 4. Directed them to install class
B to narrow channel. Site 4 has developed a headcut will need to install cross vein(s)
after they determine drop between head cut and inlet. Will provide detail. Requested
plan sheet showing cross vein. Site 2 inlet installed, outlet under construction (didn't
see). Site 3, no work started.
