A permit renewal application has been submitted. *Records were available and well maintained. *Flow is estimated using the potable water meter. *The sand filter was clean and level with no vegetation. *The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection. The effluent is discharged into the Haw River in the Cape Fear River Basin.
