I was able to process the request this evening when usage was low on the system, but the plan sheets that were
uploaded will be omitted from the file. In the future, please remember only the approval letter is necessary for
modifications.

Good afternoon,
We received the Modification request yesterday. However, the submittal is causing problems loading, which is affecting
our ability to review it. When I went into the system monitoring logs to see what attachments were included, I see there
is a VERY large attachment (>80 MB) of plan sheets included here, in addition to the approval letter. Please note our
form advises NOT to upload E&SC plan sheets unless a sheet is the ONLY documentation of approval. One of the
primary reasons for this is that very large attachments cause issues with our forms system tasks.
There is a possibility we will have to cancel this submittal if we cannot get it to load properly. I will try again later today
or tomorrow morning and let you know. Please avoid uploading large plan sets in future submittals, as they are not
necessary for the Modification request (unless it's the only documentation provided for approval).
