I want to let you know that once the renewal was granted on 6/24/2021 as the result of an electronic payment
submitted by Mr. George Young, I was informed that a check was sent to the wrong department to pay the same permit
NCC202384. Since the money was transferred to us, we will issuing a refund to Mr. George to resolve the duplicate
payment (check and e-payment).
