Please consider the following corrective actions that have been taken, since the inspection on March 14,
2019, when making a decision to seek further enforcement action.
Violation 1: The 5 and 30 day POAs were completed and followed. The lagoon bank has been re-
graded and the marker is at the correct elevation.
Violation 2: In the future, the Division of Water Resources will be notified of any reportable events in
accordance with the permit.
Violation 3: All irrigation events will be according to the CAWMP.
Violation 4: Land application events will be recorded on the proper IRR 2 form for each irrigation
event. Updated forms will be submitted when the new sample sent April 11, 2019 is received, prior to
the May 31, 2019 deadline.
Violation 5: Land application events will be recorded on the proper IRR 2 form for each irrigation

I am currently investigating the possibility of leasing this farm to the current integrator.
