I've reviewed your applications requesting a Corps NW 3 permit and DWQ401 for the following bridge projects in
Martin County:
Bridge # 46 over a UT to Cooper Swamp on SR 1552 (DWQ project # 13- 0056);
Bridge # 88 over a UT to Conoho Creek on SR 1319 (DWQ project # 13- 0058).
Water Quality Certification # 3883 is issued for these projects. Written approval is not required for these certifications
provided all the conditions of the certifications can be met. If any of the conditions cannot be met, written approval
