August 6, 2013 for the treatment of wastewater., The contract includes a monthly maximum flow of
30,000,000 ga.11oas., The current .Average Daily Flow received from the Town of Stanley is 535,385
gallons per day. The proposed Arbordale Subdivision locate! on PID 213457 will have 229 residential
lots with a proposed average daily flow of 82,440 gallons per day. The additional flows for the Arbordale
Subdivision of 82,440 GP[) fall within the limits of the agreement. Two Rivers Uti[ifies does have the
willingness and capability to provide sewer service to the Town of Stanley for this project,
The wastewater from this project will he treated at the Long Creek WWTP, N.PDES Permit Number
NC0EI20184. The permitted capacity of the Long Creek WWTP is 16 MGD. The current Average Daily
