Below is an attempt to explain how our database was setup. We are constrained by this structure, and even more so
since eDMR is being implemented.
I hope this will help with understanding why we require certain information.
Our database is Owner entity driven.
Attached please find the Owner Verification Report for Smithfield Fresh Meats Corp. for reference.
The Owner Affiliation should be a person that both facilities report to:

specific facility and/or permit.
