monthly average limit (200 MPN). ORC reported in comments, "Fecal coliform out of Daily compliance on the 9th because of a
tripped breaker the problem was corrected and monthly compliance was achieved." No historical events concerning exceeding
fecal limits, therefore I recommend NOD.
