I contacted Mr. Garcy Ward by phone on May 25 2021 to ask about the 401 certification
requirements for the proposed repair described in this PCN and he stated that written
concurrence was not required for this work. I explained that I could not submit the application
because of the PMR requirements. He instructed me to type this word document and attach it
to the app.
