George (daeoraeCa)kiterealty.com); 'Rodney Campbell' Subject: HSTC - SWMF update Annette — Providing you a further update on the stormwater management facilities at Holly Springs Towne Center (aka; New Hill Place). Stormwater management facilities #1 and #3 have been as -built and certified to the Town of Holly Springs. The skimmers currently remain in place as a precaution for some ongoing construction for outparcel sites and as all landscaping and stabilization is completed. I anticipate that the skimmers will be removed soon. Stormwater management facility #2 grading and as -built survey were completed per the schedule in my e -mail to you on 3/21. The as -built survey found that some grading revisions were required in order for the pond to function as designed. Please see the attached e -mail. The corrections / modifications to the facility will be completed by the end of the month. The sub - contractor that will be planting the wetland plants in SWMF #2 will also be doing the final grading, topsoil placement, etc. At this time, we anticipate completing the re- survey & certification as well as the installation of the wetland plantings in the first week in May slightly behind the April 26 date proposed in my letter. Please let me know if you have any concerns or questions about the progress or schedule going forward. Thank you. William H. I left a voice message with Annette Lucas at DWQ this morning to call me back (she is out of the office today but will be back in the office tomorrow) and I will give her an update on the status of the conversion of SWMF 92. 1 will follow back up with you after I have talked to Annette. Attached are 3 exhibits showing the pond modifications that are necessary to SWMF 92 at HSTC in order to resolve the various volume/surface area deficiencies. A quick summary of the exhibits is below: 2. Raise the top elevation of the 4" PVC siphon pipe inside the riser to 368.80, which will raise the normal pool surface area of the facility. Please see the attached "Outlet Sti tictureMod.pdf ' redlined exhibit for details. 3. Raise the invert elevation of the 1.75' x 0.4' weir to 369.60. Please see the attached "Outlet Sti tictureMod.pdf 'redlined exhibit for details. 4. The contractor will need to bring the entire floor of the wetland to the new grades depicted in the attached "WetlandBottom.pdf' exhibit with topsoil. Please make sure the contractor requests staking from our Survey Department for the wetland floor so that the topsoil fill can be brought to the appropriate design grade. Note that these exhibits only contain the corrective items resulting from the hydraulic analysis of the facility. A site visit to perform an inspection is forthcoming that will likely generate more punchlist items, but this should hopeftilly cover the major items for now.
