Beck Engineering, PLLC Winston-Salem License No. P-1388 Regional Office 5537 Autumn Harvest Drive, Kernersville, NC 27284 Center Pointe Townhomes Archdale, North Carolina Randolph County Gravity Sewer Modification Request Project # 7250 May 9, 2021 North Carolina Department of Environment & Natural Resources Water Quality Section Attn: Mike Mickey 450 West Hanes Mill Road, Suite 300 Winston Salem, NC 27105 Dear Mr. Mickey, Thanks for chatting with me the other day on this particular project. As mentioned, Center Pointe Townhomes was originally permitted back in 2007 (WQ0031530) under the name Robertson Ridge Townhomes. During the recession of 2008, the project went into foreclosure before my client purchased it years later. In October 2017, we transferred the permit to the City of Archdale and have been steadily constructing townhomes ever since. As we got closer to the completion of phase 4, 1 noticed the original permit covered all the wastewater flow anticipated from the entire project but was substantially short on linear footage of pipe. As requested, I have provided an updated permit and the flow tracking forms from both the City of High Point and Archdale. I have also included an overall site plan sheet just so you have a better understanding of the project. If you need anything else to complete this modification request, please do not hesitate to reach out using the contact information below. Sincerely, i- 8 6ee1_1 Joshua Beck, PE Enclosures: Review Fee (2) - FTA 14-16 (2) - FTSE 10-18 (City of Archdale) (2) - FTSE 101-8 (City of High Point) E-Mail: JsbeckEng@gmail.com Cell: 336-420-4807 QWR -,, `Division of Water Resources State of North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Division of Water Resources 15A NCAC 02T .0300 — FAST TRACK SEWER SYSTEM EXTENSION APPLICATION FTA 04-16 & SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION Application Number: (to be completed by DWR) All items must be completed or the application will be returned I.
