Ivey Ferguson Bank Parcel AMENDED Credit Release
Dear Mr. Rinker:
On February 4, 2013, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) submitted a credit release for the subject
site. It has been noted that the paragraph below had incorrect delivered credit totals. Please note the
following amendment to that letter below:
"A total of 40% of the generated nitrogen credits (9,251.69 lb -N) and 40% of the generated
phosphorous credits (595.88 lb -P) have been released for this site. A total of '40% of the
delivered nitrogen credits (3,533.28 lb -N) and 40% of the delivered phosphorous credits (11.25
lb -P) have been released for this site. Only the delivered nutrient offset credits can be sold from
this bank."
Amended to:
A total of 40% of the generated and delivered nutrient offset credits have been released for this
site. Only the delivered nutrient offset credits can be sold from this bank.
