Subject: NCS000395: Matthews Notice of Compliance & Audit Report
Mr. Blodgett,
Attached is the Notice of Compliance (NOC) and MS4 Audit Report for pollution prevention and good
housekeeping resulting from last week’s audit. The official NOC letter has been sent to you via
certified mail. Please note that there are required tasks defined in the NOC letter. Because
Mecklenburg County is the primary permittee and leads program implementation and reporting,
their audit report also applies (sent via separate email).
It was a pleasure auditing your program and you have much to be proud of. If you have any
questions, please contact me via email for the quickest response.
