Also, please be aware that the Town of Matthews intends to continue as a co- permittee with Mecklenburg County and that Mecklenburg County will be completing items 2 through 4 in the aforementioned cover letter on behalf of the Town of Matthews. Because Mecklenburg County is the primary permittee and leads program implementation and reporting, their audit report also applies (sent via separate email).
