Here are a couple of bullets for you. Have you checked out the impact to Zone 2 for the cul de sac (see Sheet 2 of 5)?
That doesn't look good to me, but that is your call.

AML comments

1. Please provide full -sized plan sheets that are stamped, signed and dated.
2. The impact shown on Sheet 2 of 5 for the proposed stormwater drainage pipe does not
appear to meet the requirements listed in Item (6) of the Neuse Riparian Buffer Protection
Rule (15A NCAC 2B .0233) for a new stormwater outfall. Per the Neuse buffer rule, a
stormwater outfall is allowable "provided that a stormwater management facility is
installed to control nitrogen and attenuate flow before the conveyance discharges
through the riparian buffer." Please either show that this requirement has been met or
provide an alternative design that meets the requirements of the Neuse buffer rule.
