Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this application: Land use for these projects is mixed. The streams have silted in in front of the drainage structures and the stream banks around these structures have some erosion and have started to undercut. 3b. List the total estimated acreage of all existing wetlands on the property: 0 3c. List the total estimated linear feet of all existing streams (intermittent and perennial) on the property: 3d. Explain the purpose of the proposed project: This project is intended to improve the filow of Green Mills Run and repair erosion around the stream crossings that the City of Greenville maintains. 3e. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: The project will cosist of removing sediment from the pipes or culverts that the City maintains as well as repairing erosion around these structures within the right of way. The sediment will be removed from the stream and hauled away. The banks will be regraded to the original slope at the time the culverts and pipes were installed. After the stream banks have been graded and seeded, filter fabric and Class- B rip-rap will be installed to prevent future erosion. All other disturbed areas will be will be seeded and mulched. The grading and installation work will be preformed with an excavator. 4. Jurisdictional Determinations 4a.
