We received your application for an NPDES discharge permit on October 21, 2019. On
January 13, 2021, G. Clay Creed requested that the application for coverage under
NCG020000 be withdrawn. We are hereby returning your application for coverage under
NCG020000.
If operations at your facility change such that an NPDES stormwater discharge permit is
required, then you must submit an application and receive permit coverage prior to
any discharge. The return of this application does not affect the legal requirements to
obtain other permits which may be required by the Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land
Resources, or permits required by the Division of Water Resources, Coastal Area
Management Act, or any other federal or Iocal governmental permit or approval that may
be required.
