HomeMy WebLinkAboutFY 2020-2021_Workplan_MOsborneEMPLOYEE WORK PLAN for FY 2020 — 2021 Employee's Name: Matthew Osborne Employee's Title: Erosion Control and Floodplain Manager Division: Erosion Control Goal Description of Goal Number Freqork uency 1 Administer the locally -delegated City of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Sediment and Continuous Erosion Control Program 2 Administer the Floodplain Development Program for the City of Winston-Salem/Forsyth jurisdictions Continuous County/other participating local 3 Administer the Watershed Supply Protection Program for the City of Winston- Continuous Salem/Forsyth County/Town of Walkertown 4 Maintain current Certified Floodplain Manager and Certified Professional in Erosion and Continuous Sediment Control accreditations 5 Administer the City of Winston-Salem's FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program As needed Continue to create (in written form), implement, and review standard operating procedures 6 (SOPs) of Erosion Control operations, in preparation of the MS4 2022 Audit as well as Continuous performing train in/succession planning. 7 Ensure that Erosion Control staff successfully completes all necessary training, which Continuous includes the annual accreditation of erosion control licenses. Ensure that Erosion Control staff responds to CSRs within the specified time frame and 8 performs follow-up actions to successfully resolve (to the maximum extent practical) Continuous issues in a timely manner Keep open communication with DEMLR for latest regulatory information in order to 9 maintain local program compliance (e.g. Adoption of Model Ordinance, NCG01000, etc.) Continuous and implement any programmatic functions, if needed. 10 Maintain effective recordkeeping practices and documentation Continuous 11 Other assigned duties, as deemed necessary, to maintain effective operations of the Continuous city/countycity/county Erosion Control Program
