Ensure that Erosion Control staff successfully completes all necessary training, which

includes the annual accreditation of erosion control licenses.
Ensure that Erosion Control staff responds to CSRs within the specified time frame and

performs follow-up actions to successfully resolve (to the maximum extent practical)

Keep open communication with DEMLR for latest regulatory information in order to
