The facility has triggered Tier III, which requires monthly (analytical and qualitative) monitoring. No representative storm event occurred during the month which discharged during normal working hours; therefore no stormwater sample was collected for the month of April 2021, Please note that the facility was issued a new Stormwater Permit November 12th, 2020 with an effective date of December 1st, 2020 -- November 30th, 2025. The site has triggered Ter III reporting under the previous permit and therefore will continue monitoring on a monthly basis as stated in the new permit which requires a continuation of this monitoring and reporting schedule under the tiered response condition.
