US Army Corps of Engineers that this project was going to require another modification.
Additional Information Requested:
1. DWQ will require five(5) sets to begin the review and approval process along with the
appropriate fee for this latest modification.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands,
waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application
