The Town of Pineville acknowledges the requirements stated in the cover letter to NOC-2021-PC0504H
dated May 5, 2021 and does hereby provide notice of its intent to comply with these requirements.
Also, please be aware that the Town of Pineville intends to continue as a co-permittee with
Mecklenburg County and that Mecklenburg County will be completing items 2 through 4 in the
aforementioned cover letter on behalf of the Town of Pineville.
